Isca Hash House Harriers were founded on May 13th 1998 and have run EVERY permitted Wednesday since.

Exeter was formerly the Roman town of Isca Dumnoniorum, which is where we took our name, and the theme for many of our activities.

We meet at a variety of locations within about 30 minutes of the city centre, often rural, but sometimes urban and within the City itself.

After a gentle run of about an hour, we generally head off to a pub to socailise, re-fuel and replenish the essential lost fluids - all central to what hashing is about.

We are a friendly, social group who always give new faces a warm welcome. If you'd like to join us, please feel free to turn up at one of our meets and introduce yourself.

If you'd like to know more, contact any one of the Mis-management.

It is highly recommended that you bring a change of clothes with you, and in Winter you'll probably need a torch too.
