Isca Hash House Harriers were founded on May 13th 1998 and have run EVERY permitted Wednesday since.

Exeter was formerly the Roman town of Isca Dumnoniorum, which is where we took our name, and the theme for many of our activities.

We meet at a variety of locations within about 30 minutes of the city centre, often rural, but sometimes urban and within the City itself.

After a gentle run of about an hour, we generally head off to a pub to socialise, re-fuel and replenish the essential lost fluids - all central to what hashing is about.

We are a friendly, social group who always give new faces a warm welcome. If you'd like to join us, please feel free to turn up at one of our meets and introduce yourself.

If you'd like to know more about Isca H3, please contact any one of the Mis-management.

If you do decide to join us, it's highly recommended that you bring a change of clothes with you, and in Winter you'll probably need a torch too.

Please note: Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome at Isca H3, however we reserves the right to refuse ANY dog that we believe may be a risk to us, members of the public, or livestock.

Our very own Wobbly-Bitz is fund raising for the Alzheimer's Society by walking 15.5miles on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge 2024. If you'd like to support her efforts with a small donation, please visit her JustGiving page where you can also read more about her walk and the event itself.
